Problem: Orders previously depended on manual social-media conversations, creating repetitive admin work, inconsistent records, possible duplicate submissions, and no structured approval trail.

System: I designed and built the House of Treats website, deployed it through Vercel, and connected it to an n8n automation that captures orders, checks duplicates, requests AI advisory review, records structured data, and sends final owner approval through Telegram.

Practical automation, built with clear thinking.

I’m an AI Automation Specialist based in Batangas, Philippines. My portfolio began with veterinary automation prototypes because they involve many workflow problems I wanted to understand deeply: intake, follow-ups, document handling, inventory monitoring, and information moving between tools.

Working through these systems taught me that effective automation is not about connecting as many apps as possible. It is about identifying the right trigger, mapping the data carefully, keeping judgment with people, and documenting what the system can and cannot do.

InstaVet is my focused veterinary automation initiative, but the workflow structures I build can be adapted to other service businesses with similar administrative bottlenecks.
